Israel Memorial has a rich history beginning in 1893. With core values established by the AME denomination, vibrant, effective worship; dedicated discipleship and selfless service continue to be the centrifugal force of the ministry.

Israel has endured multiple locations, name changes and leadership from a succession of great pastors. However, the consistent focus to the commitment of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, dedication to serving the community and building the Kingdom of God, is foundational and enduring.
